We are currently seeking a hardworking and motivated outdoor utility installer for our onsite field crew. Task include, but are not limited to, replenishing truck supplies, vehicle detailing, trench digging, and site maintenance. No experience is required as training will be given. The applicant must have a driver's license as we have a fleet of large vehicles some of which require a CDL license which is not required for the position but is beneficial. The applicant must be able to work well with others, be able to follow directions, and must be dependable as many of our jobs involve large equipment and OSHA regulated safety equipment. The majority of our work is outdoors all year round in all-weather elements. We do supply safety yellow t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, and hooded sweatshirts to all employees, all other weather permitted attire is not supplied. Arriving to work on time is very important, as we start our day early so not to cause to much disruption to our customers evenings. Our hours of operation are 6:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday with varying overtime. We offer health care after one year of employment, a retirement plan with a 3% match after six months, and holiday pay. We do not work on the weekends, however there are occasional situations where a weekend job would be available as voluntary bases only. We are truly honored to have been awarded the 2020 Crystal Award by the Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Association in the small business category! Thank you to WBEN 930 for taking the time on your morning show to host this years award ceremony and to Scott Levin for taking the time to be our MC for event. This year has brought new experiences and challenges to everyone, and even though we could not gather in person we were able to celebrate together. Congratulation to all the finalist and the mid-size business winner Niagara Label and large-size business winner Reid Petroleum / Crosby’s, your dedication to business ethics both externally and internally is truly amazing and an exemplary example for all companies, big and small, in WNY. Each year the Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Association (BNBEA) honors local companies who exhibit strong business ethics in the field and within the company. Participates are nominated and are asked to provide documentation of the companies "ethics in action" plan. There are three categories, Small business (5-25 employees), Mid-size business (26-100 employees), and Large business (over 100 employees). Three finalists are selected for each category and one company from each category is awarded the Crystal Award. We are excited to have been selected as one of the three finalists in the Small Business category! This year's Crystal Award ceremony will be broadcasted on WBEN 930 on October 1, 2020 from 8:45 am - 9:00 am. We would be honored to have you listen in along with us as the winners are announced.
