McCormack Construction partnered with Stanfield School District on a $16.3 million renovation and expansion that included a 50,000-square-foot high school renovation, a 20,000-square-foot middle school addition, and campus-wide parking lot improvements. Completed in 2021 as CM/GC, the project delivered major district improvements on time and under budget despite pandemic-related challenges, supply chain disruptions, and a tight 15-month schedule.
