Three quick design pointers before you build

1.) Make sure your windows look symmetrical from the front exterior.
2.) Let your color scheme and overall vibe flow from the outside all the way through the inside.
3.) And I’m just going to say it… white trim is OUT. Choose a trim color that adds warmth, contrast, and character!

Thoughtful details make all the difference when creating a home that feels cohesive from the moment you pull into the driveway.

I love Option A! 🤍 I haven’t had the opportunity to build this home yet, and I would absolutely LOVE to build it for someone! John Comperry (our architect) and I put a lot of thought into every detail and the flow of this home. With the peaceful wooded backdrop on this lot, I can already picture a sweet family making memories here for years to come.

So… what do y’all think? Option A or Option B? 👇

The Silas Grove might be my favorite blueprint we’ve ever designed.

It’s simple, functional, and has zero wasted space. Every square foot serves a purpose, with plenty of storage and a layout that’s perfect for everyday family life.

This home was a pre-sold spec house, and I have to say… I’m loving the selections these homeowners made. 👏

The cabinets, the lighting, the finishes… it all came together so well.

Just a few more weeks and they’ll be moving into their new home. Excited for them to make so many memories here! 🤍

POV: you grew up hearing terms like “post dandy” and “girts” at the dinner table 😂

Around here, this style of building isn’t “new”, it’s how my dad, Webb Ross has built for about 40 years. Strong, practical, and made to last.

A lot of people don’t realize there’s a real difference in how a post frame structure is framed out, and these little details matter.

So if you hear me throwing around Post Dandy || PD Style || Book Shelf Style… just know you’re getting a solid building 👏
