The trades aren't dying. They're waiting for someone to teach them.

I recently had the chance to share our story with a room full of local business owners: what goes into a truly custom piece, why the details matter (down to the hardware), and why I'm so passionate about training young artisans.

Every cabinet we build is also a lesson. It's a chance to pass on a skill, take pride in the work, and give the next generation a real future in the trades.

That's what Next Gen Artisans is about!

Custom cabinetry is about more than the boxes on the wall. On this kitchen, we built every cabinet to fit the space, integrated under-cabinet lighting that makes the backsplash glow, and finished it all with hardware chosen to tie the whole look together.

The little things are what make a kitchen feel like yours.
