Designed by renowned architect Kobi Karp, the building will feature a distinctive curved façade and rooftop structure, with 282 residences complemented by commercial spaces at the ground and rooftop levels.

We’re proud to play a role in bringing 1600 Edgewater to life and look forward to seeing it take shape in one of Miami’s evolving neighborhoods.
