Is your heating system struggling to keep up as the weather cools down? Give us a shout or send us a message to get your fall tune-up scheduled!

MYTH: Setting your thermostat to 80° will heat up a cold room faster than setting it to 70°.

FACT: Furnaces run at a constant speed. Setting the thermostat higher won't make the heat come out any hotter or faster. It just tells the system to run longer!

All it actually does is risk overheating your house, wasting energy, and driving up your utility bill when you forget to turn it back down.

Set it to your desired temperature and let your system do its job steadily.

💡 Bonus Tip: If your heat is taking an unusually long time to warm up your home, that’s a sign of low airflow, a clogged filter, or an aging heating unit.
