We get a lot of potential clients who ask what dates we have available before putting down a deposit. Just to clarify — the deposit is what secures materials and locks in your installation date.

Sometimes when we share our availability, people assume they have unlimited time to decide. Then they call back a day or two later expecting the same opening, but that date has already been booked by another client who secured it with a deposit.

We operate on a first deposit, first scheduled basis. Once a deposit is received, that date is locked in and removed from availability.
