A great finish starts with great prep. This hardwood floor has been fully sanded back to raw wood, giving us a clean, even surface that will take stain evenly and hold up for years. Stain goes down next. Stay tuned for the transformation.

MEET THE TEAM THURSDAY

It’s Meet the Team Thursday, and this week we’re proud to introduce Joe Schifanella, one of our Superintendents!

Joe brings 20 years of construction experience to Southeastern Construction Partners, and he’s been a valued part of our team for the past 4 years. With his background from UAB and his OSHA 30 certification, Joe leads our crews in the field and makes sure every project runs smoothly, safely, and to the standard our clients expect.

When we asked Joe what his favorite part of working at SEC is, his answer said it all: “Amazing work environment and family oriented. When I wake up, I want to come to work.” That’s the kind of culture we work hard to build every day.

And a fun fact you might not expect, Joe hates heights, but he sucks it up for the love of the business. If that isn’t commitment, we don’t know what is!

What a difference proper restoration makes. This parking lot went from worn pavement and unclear markings to a clean, structurally sound surface built to last. Every phase of this project—from assessment through final striping—was executed to SECPLLC standards. The property owner now has a parking area that performs, not just survives.
