This morning our HR team spent some time outside of the office attending the Shelby County Career Expo!

When it gets rough, you step up.

That is the standard Danny Raymond, our Birmingham Operations Manager, sets for his team every single day. In this clip he talks about something that defines our culture at SERVPRO Team Wilson. The people on this team show up even when it is not their turn. Off the clock, not on call, does not matter. If you need them, they come.

That is not something you can train into people. It is something you build when the culture is right and the team actually believes in each other.

Last night, SERVPRO Team Wilson had the privilege of being part of the Dallas Cowboys 2026 Rookie Premiere at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, TX, where the Cowboys introduced their incoming rookie class to a select group of partners and guests. It was an evening we will not forget anytime soon!

The way this 2026 rookie class carried themselves was a highlight of the night. Grounded, confident, and a number of them openly faith-driven. That kind of character is rare at any level, and it made the evening feel meaningful in a way we did not expect.

Moments like this remind us why we invest in the people we do business with. Getting to share an experience like this with clients we respect and value is not something we take for granted. When you show up in the spaces that matter to people, relationships deepen in ways that go far beyond any transaction. That is People First in action, on and off the job site.

Grateful to the Dallas Cowboys organization for the invitation and to the incredible clients who joined us for the evening. Big things ahead for the 2026 season!

When Briana needed help navigating flood remediation through an insurance claim, Todd Farman showed up and did not just handle the job. He walked her through every step of it.

From documenting damage to get approved for reconstruction, to overseeing the rebuild, to giving honest advice about what needed professional attention and what she could handle herself, Todd made sure Briana felt informed and supported the entire way through.

Responds quickly. Explains well. Has a sense of humor. And when it was all said and done, Briana said she would request Todd again by name.

That is the kind of trust that does not happen by accident. It is built one conversation, one follow up, and one well handled job at a time.

Memorial Day is not a day off. It is a day of remembrance for the men and women who gave everything so that we could have everything we have. Their sacrifice was not small. It was total.
