Whew! What an AMAZING PROJECT! This project had so much done to the existing and to the new addition. After we met with these amazing clients, we took their dreams and turned them into a luxury reality by using CAD software to bring their ideas to life. We designed a beautiful 16' x 40' room addition which consisted of a new swim spa room and a new living space to be used as a sunroom/dining room. This addition features a new electrical panel for the house as well as a sub panel to run the new addition along with the 8' x 16' R500 Endless Swim Spa pool. The Spa pool includes a hot tub with an area for 2 people and has many jets. It even heats the water to a balmy 104°! In the spa room, there is a commercial exhaust fan that turns on by itself to control the humidity in the room. The spa room is completely lined with cedar siding on all surfaces to resist mold or rot. The floor has a trench drain poured into the concrete to facilitate water removal from the floor. The floor is also covered with a snap together waterproof tile system allowing water to pass through to the drain system. The whole addition is surrounded by beautiful low E Argon filled large sliding windows to give the space a nice outdoor feel. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed in the sun room and through the existing kitchen for a seamless transition that makes this new addition feel like it's original to the home. The sun room also features custom stain to match the existing house at the owners request. In addition, it features beautiful frosted glass sliding barn doors. The whole addition is heated and cooled by a 18,000 BTU dual head Mitsubishi ptec unit. The exterior of the house received a complete make over including new house wrap, new aluminum wraps on windows and doors, new aluminum soffit, new aluminum fascia, and new premium vinyl siding. The exterior also received all new LED flood lights on the rear along with recessed LED can lights above the doors in front. We also added some year-round Govee lights that the owners can use an app on their phone to change the color and motion for the holidays or just for fun! The second (detached) garage received the same treatment as the house with all new house wrap, new aluminum window wraps, new aluminum soffit and aluminum fascia finished up with premium vinyl siding to match the house. The whole project was a beautiful transformation and the customers are extremely happy with their "new" home!

Home Town Reno just started our next project that features an 15x16 sun room off the dining area of the house along with a 16x24 swim spa area that features a swim in place spa, 4 person Hot tub, in floor trench drain, and separate climate control for both rooms. The swim spa room features cedar lined walls and ceiling, stairs into the swim spa and soft touch draining floor panels on the floor. The heat tried to beat us the last couple weeks but we pushed through! Thank you to E&L masonry Steve Eades for getting our foundation and floor in!More pictures to come!

This is our most recent project. This was a 17x22 room edition with a new master bathroom and sunroom. The master bathroom features a zero entry walk-in shower with built-in bench, elegant ceramic tile, built-in niche, 12-in ceiling drop rain head along with a remote hand wand in the shower. The bathroom also features a backlit LED mirror with heat so it will not fog up and a UV light to eliminate bacterial growth. The sunroom features an array of windows all looking out towards the pool and patio area. It features luxurious vinyl plank flooring through the sunroom and Master bedroom. This was a great project and we had a lot of fun working on it. The homeowners were absolutely wonderful to work with and we look forward to more work with them in the future! Here's some before and after pictures of a nice little kitchen refresh we did. The homeowner had a vision and it turned out beautiful! It was very quick and light and she loves it! This kitchen features of fresh coat of paint on the cabinets, new brushed gold hardware, new custom solid surface countertops, a new Brushed gold sink faucet and a new single base large gunmetal steel kitchen sink. Elegant and simple!
