Because we value our relationships with clients and industry partners, we've left the names out of this story. The lesson, however, is one worth sharing.

Every construction project is built on a series of decisions. Some are driven by schedule. Others by design. Many are influenced by budget. While controlling costs is an important part of every successful project, the lowest initial price doesn't always deliver the best long-term value.

Thank you, Patrick, for your positive feedback!

"Pierre Construction Group was a strong partner on our Spring/Summer 2025 project in Norcross. Their team handled the installation of a post-supported walkway canopy with a standing seam roofing system and coordinated seamlessly around the pre-installed columns tied into the site’s civil drainage system. Collins Westcott managed the work efficiently, worked well with Eastern Metal Supply and Berridge, and helped deliver a clean solution that discreetly manages water away from students, faculty, and staff. We were very pleased with both the execution and the final result."

We are proud to have an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 0.68! This dropped from 0.81 just three years ago which was good to begin with! An EMR below 1.0 is an important indicator of a company’s workers’ compensation loss experience compared with its industry peers.

For PCG, our 0.68 EMR reflects our continued investment in training, prevention, employee preparedness, and proactive safety management.

But this important number is only part of the story.

Over the years, we have worked hard to build a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility. From the fabrication shop to the jobsite, our team members are trained to recognize hazards, understand the work they are performing, and take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those around them.

Our partnership with Safety Consultants USA helps us continually train, retrain, evaluate, and improve our safety practices. We don't view safety as a box to check. We view it as an ongoing commitment to our people.

PCG Project Manager Blake Dodson worked with The Conlan Company and Powers Brown Architecture on this multi-building project, which was completed in June 2026. The North and South Buildings at 1400 Murphy Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia, demonstrate PCG's expertise in delivering complex architectural metal systems through integrated engineering, precision fabrication, and coordinated installation.

The completed canopy systems contribute both functional performance and architectural character to the development. The dock canopies provide durable, long-term weather protection for loading operations, while the cantilevered entrance canopies establish a distinctive arrival experience and reinforce the contemporary architectural language of the buildings.

Detailed logistical planning enabled each canopy system to be installed safely, efficiently, and without disrupting adjacent construction activities, allowing the large-scale industrial development project schedule to remain on track.

Each morning before work begins, our entire team gathers for approximately 10 minutes of stretching and warm-up exercises.

Employees take turns leading the group through about 10 stretching exercises designed to get the body moving and ready for the day's work.

It's a simple routine, but it reinforces an important message: Safety starts before the work starts.

Regular stretching and warm-up activities can provide important benefits, including:

• Increased flexibility and blood flow
• Reduced pain and discomfort
• Increased energy levels
• Reduced risk of workplace injuries
• Less time away from work

A special thank you to Callie Manly and Safety Consultants USAUSA for helping us implement this program and for serving as an ongoing safety partner to PCG.

Thank you, Conrad and James of Evans General Contractors, for sharing your positive experience with us.

"Pierre Construction Group was a dependable partner throughout this three-building tilt-wall industrial project in Savannah. Their team understood the typical scope of dock and entrance canopies and executed it consistently across all buildings. Jesse Rose managed the work efficiently, coordinated well with the field team, and helped keep the schedule on track through final completion in Q2 2025. We appreciated Pierre Construction Group’s reliability, clear communication, and attention to detail from start to finish."

Falcon Parkway Buildings 100 & 200 project showcases PCG's ability to deliver large-scale industrial projects through expert engineering, precision fabrication, and efficient installation—executing complex architectural systems with exceptional speed, quality, and attention to detail.

It was a privilege to work with The Conlan Company and Randall-Paulson Architects to design, fabricate, and install multiple exterior architectural systems, including dock canopies, custom aluminum accent bands, and cantilevered aluminum entrance canopies.

We are pleased to announce our custom AI-accelerated proposal preparation software, which helps us deliver proposals faster with greater consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail. That means quicker responses, better communication, and more time focused on developing the right solution for your project.

As we worked with Chris Hamilton, CEO at Solidfuture, we made it clear. Our goal was not to replace people, but to eliminate repetitive administrative work while maintaining the company's high standards for quality, branding, and customer service.

It's one more way we're investing in delivering exceptional service from the very first conversation and each one thereafter.

Great projects are built on great partnerships.

When New South Construction Company invited us back to the Westminster campus for a third project in five years, we knew this would be another opportunity to showcase what collaboration and craftsmanship can accomplish.

The Westminster Blake Center included multiple architectural metal scopes—from ACM-clad entrance canopies and custom waterjet aluminum panels to a 600-square-foot trellis structure and precision-fabricated interior feature walls.

One challenge stood out.

Late in the project, another supplier was unable to complete the custom back-lit feature wall panels. With the schedule at risk, our team quickly designed mockups, coordinated with the project team, and developed a fabrication solution entirely in-house.

The result:
• 35 custom aluminum panels
• Thousands of precision CNC-machined perforations in each panel
• Seamless coordination with lighting and framing systems
• A striking architectural feature that now welcomes everyone entering the building

These are the moments we enjoy most—not just fabricating architectural metal, but helping project teams solve complex challenges and keep projects moving.

A sincere thank you to New South Construction, Ennead Architects, Perfect Edge, and everyone involved in another successful project on the Westminster campus. We're proud to have been part of bringing this vision to life.
