🏗️ Earlier this week we showed you what was happening on top of this four-story condo roof in Marblehead, MA. Now we are getting the old roofing materials back down to the ground so that the roof can be completely rebuilt. This crane will be used to safely remove the old rubber roofing, insulation, and other materials from this waterfront condo complex before the new flat roof goes on. There is a lot more involved in a complete flat roof replacement than simply putting a new roof over the old one, especially when you are working four stories above the ground.

🏠A roof leak usually does not start with water coming through the ceiling. It can start with a small problem that is easy to miss during a quick look at the roof.

We recently completed an annual roof inspection at a Back Bay residence in Boston for a customer who has us check the roof every year. This is an EPDM roof, and during the inspection we found several areas that could potentially lead to leaks if they were left unaddressed.
