Caroline was on site when the Mayflower Trolley rolled by. The tour guide had given her a standing invite, so she climbed aboard, picked up the mic, and gave the riders the story of this landmark firsthand. Cue the cheers.

The finished building tells one story. The two acres beneath it tell another.

What began as undeveloped land is now a purpose-built facility for Cassidy Landscaping. Significant elevation changes, extensive earthwork, and complex drainage requirements made this a challenging ground-up project. From site preparation and foundations to structural steel and building systems, AMCON coordinated each stage to bring the project together. The result is a two-story facility combining office spaces, garage areas, and operational functions under one roof.

Thank you to Cassidy Landscaping, ahp Architects, Bala Consulting Engineers, and RJ O'Connell & Associates for their collaboration in bringing this project to life.

September was a month of progress at AMCON, with projects moving forward across New England and plenty of momentum along the way.

We also celebrated being named a 2026 Top 100 Women-Led Business in Massachusetts by The Women’s Edge and Boston Globe Magazine. On to October.

This development is taking shape in Lowell, MA. What started with demolition and a cleared site is quickly becoming a new commercial destination, with Chipotle and Popeyes beginning to take form at 190–198 Plain Street.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but the vision is getting easier to see with every phase.
