Couple pictures from last week getting out with Nappy Crane to get out some large trees blocked off by septic systems pools and walls. Although it’s expensive to get the crane out for the day. In situation is like these where we cannot even get in a small bobcat to the trees It is the most effective way to remove large trees.

We still have seasoned fire wood for sale $350 a cord and green fresh split for $250 a cord delivered locally to Peabody and surrounding towns.

This was a job from 2 weeks ago, after high winds this spruce tree failed due to co-dominant leaders, included bark, and an old support cable that was over grown and too low. Support cables are very effective if installed properly, inspected, and replaced as necessary. If this support cable had been replaced there is a high chance the tree would not have failed.
We are working all winter so like our page and call or e-mail with any tree pruning and removal needs!

This is a great time of year to do structural pruning on your shade trees. This was a large oak tree in Lynnfield that we pruned at the start of the week. The before and after pictures are very close to the same. If there are no major defects removal of dead branches and light thinning of the canopy is usually all that is needed to limit failure and keep the tree growing healthy. While we are pruning, we are able to also inspect the tree to see if there are any defects (Cracks / Decay) that should be addressed at that time.
