Pole installed, meter box and panel all hook up by yours truly!
Fully inspected through north east inspection
Worked with PP&L throughout the full project!

This project went extremely well! A tree came down a knocked the wires and pole off this community’s pool area. One call later, and they are fully back up and running! (Waiting on PP&L still)
This pole had to get inspected prior to PP&L hooking up the wires
Which ended up being a simple process.

all in all this project was a simple easy fix, when you call the right contractor your headaches get relieved! No pocono promise here!

Spring if finally showing itself! Don’t be too late and call us today!
We are more than excited to finally get outside again and breathe some fresh air.
Our schedule is filling up quick, quicker than usual. We still have plenty of openings for anyone who is interested. But the schedule can only get so full! So call sooner rather then later.

We are hiring!!
We are looking for multiple people to add to our team this year.
If you have any experience in construction or hardscaping we have a spot for you.
We are a well established local company in the lake wallenpaupack region, we do custom builds, remodeling, and any thing residential/commercial construction.
We work strongly as a team and take care of our team members, working all year long with minimal lay offs.

We also take into count that you can teach us! So don’t think you’ll be coming in forced to do “our way” we learn and adapt as one!

Positions:

laborer:
As a laborer you’ll be hands on with unfinished and finished materials, cutting, nailing, and doing the basics.
This position is meant to teach, meant to build you up.
We work to build are laborers up and not keep them in this position.

Pay is starting at 15$per hour and can be raised to 20+$ per hour
We pay based on experience so if you come with a good hard working work ethic then starting pay will be based on experience.

As a laborer we will be offering additional online schooling that can be done on own time.

Lead:
We are also looking for a lead position. This position is experienced based.
You’ll be working with both the owner and the laborers making sure the job is completed to standard. You will hold the final call on the job and be responsible of calling the owner if any additional details are needed.
You’ll be trusted with equipment and tools and will be responsible for them as well
All equipment and tools are supplied but we are expecting experience to be able to operate and adapt to all sorts of different tools and techniques

We do offer additional schooling as well in this position and will work to teach with any individual who puts in the effort

Pay is based on experience but starting at 20$per hour minimum and can be raised immediately

We do raises once a year no matter what as well, raise is based on effort and trust we can put into the individual throughout the year

We offer health care after 1 year of employment.
We take holidays off
Weekends can be worked if wanted

We got a lot accomplished is the mater of 3 days, the homeowner is absolutely baffled, can’t believe we worked as quick as we did

Anther one of the major projects we’ve been working hard on this year!.

This basement you could barley walk in when we started, we hand dug the whole place out to 8ft ceilings, added new block, new floor, redid electrical, plumbing and gas, and just basically closing off the basement and making it so water is not problems!

These photos are during the process, and were taken around Christmas time.

Fast forward to now and we are basically completed, waiting on a couple things to finish up.
So stay tuned for the actual before and after photos. When I say we changed this basement we did way more than that!
This client is a reference of mine. Any time anyone wants to personally talk with a homeowner we worked directly with, this job will be on the list.

We did pretty much everything on this project!
We communicated throughout the whole thing!
Made it a professional environment even with it being dirty!
We had delays, we had set backs but still managed to make it through all obstacles and provided a very skilled job.

Can’t wait to start building! This is a basement we will be finishing off over the next couple weeks!
First thing is preventing moisture. we sealed the inside with drylok, gunna go over kill and put a plastic moisture barrier as well.
After we prevent the water from coming in we can then start changing this non livable space into someone’s dream!

We are all ready and prepared for whatever comes our way tom. For anyone looking for a plow guy give us a call (570-335-3730).
We service all of route 507 and 390 area when it comes to storms. We have clients in tanglewood lakes, tanglewood north, and many more communities around.
So if you see the truck and need a hand wave us down!

We will be out during the storm servicing our commercial clients, and anyone who is essential.

With all this snow we have been getting this year! And how cold it is, we are starting to run into perfect weather for ice dams.
Look up! Inspect your roof and your structures. All this snow can cause multiple problems to your home.

Ice damns start to form when you have snow on the roof, snow melts from escaping heat, once it melts it runs down to the gutter and then refreezes!
That ice will then proceed to build up and can cause major damages to your home. These ice damn are no joke. They can clog your gutters completely solid, lift shingles, damage your roof, even leak water inside your home!
So get the snow removed from the equation so it can’t melt!
These cold temps it’s very common to happen.

And the more snow on your roof, the more weight that’s on your roof.
Again you heat your house and start to melt that snow, it then gets heavier. And more weight and stress is then put into your structure as well!

It’s easier to remove this snow now then it is a day before the next snow storm. So get on our schedule early and let’s start clearing roofs!

20+ inches of snow, plowing plies taller then my truck! And yet the truck is still running and we are all still making it through!
We are heading out again tom for day 3.
If anyone still needs to be plowed out give us a call! We probably can fit you in tomorrow!

Roads are finally getting better! So if your out please be kind to us plow guys. Remember we are a team out there, and without everyone’s help to slow down and stay cautious then tragedies can happen!

And if you are a guy with a plow on the truck, please note we do run chains and recovery equipment in our trucks for any problems that can occur.
We don’t mind helping anther member of the community out please give us a call!

I lastly do hope all the kids got to play in some deep snow finally!! Truly brings back some good memories!
