Here's a deck we did and really had fun doing it. Installed a lattice privacy screen to shield the sliding door from the neighbors. Continued the look around behind the built in bench seat. The diagonal stairs though I think really set it off. It's not often someone wants to do more than just a builder basic deck!!!! We've got a shower that someone else installed. With the massive silicone joints, grout falling out, and tiles uneven there was worry of leaking. Once got the silicone cut out you could smell some damp. In the lower corner they had stuffed napkins in using them as a backing rod.

Was unable to address the uneven tiles. So after clearing the corners and scratching down the original grout I regrouted the entire shower. Washed down three times so we should now be leak free. Hate having to come behind someone else in these situations.

We received the call since I had remodeled a bathroom for another family member after they used these guys. So if you've got a bathroom you'd like to have redone give me a call or text. Forgot about posting this one. We have a mobile home with particle board subflooring. So the natural break down of this product occurred as it normally does. And we end up having weak spots between the joist. Cut out all of the subfloor and prepped joist. Added blocking on the perimeter to rebond the subfloor to the walls. Also we blocked all seams si ce there isn't a 5/8 tounge and groove available. Everything was glues aswell. Got the sheet vinyl laid in an shoe around it this one's a goodun!! Here's a floor we just knocked out. Removed carpet and padding. Prep the subfloor for install. Then got on to the LVP install with new shoes molding!! When I removed the carpet found under where bed marks were in the floor found a Bible verus. Then found the second where the foot of the bed would have been. Awesome some of the things I find hidden in homes....

Here we have it..... Bathroom is all finished up!!! That new tub surround looks so good with the bead board I installed. Got it all trimmed out with pvc trim. New mixing valve installed aswell.

Got the vinyl reinstalled in the bedroom where redid all the sub flooring!! All of it turned out nice if I do say so myself!!! Here what we have going. Trailer floor with particle board subflooring. Got all that cut out and found joist still in perfect condition. Ran 2x6 block in all joist bays to make sure floor and walls are locked in together. Also prevents bugs and moisture from entering. Since it's 5/8 floor there's not a tounge and groove available. So in each joist bay we added 2x4 fire blocking with glue to fully bond the seams. Glued and laid subflooring. In the bathroom will be installing a shower surround. Also installing insulation in exterior wall. Running the tile like paneling around the tub enclosure. New mixing valve will be plumbed in. The water heater we're adding a drain pan and it will be piped to the exterior. Just an over view for you. Okay slide issues not a problem!!!! Top wiper seal got "messed" up. Got it reformed and reattached without pulling the slideout out. Also was able to get the slide box centered within the hole. Someone else had "adjusted" the rams and we'll yea!! It's not centered and all the wiper seals are functioning as they should. Also adjusted the extend stop pointing on the slides travel. Cleaned up behind myself inside!!!! Went on the roof and touched up all the sealants!!! Another one in the books!!! If you've got RV issues shoot me a text or give me a call. Okie Dokie changed out the rear door!!! Ended up having to open the wall and floor up. Cut out the water damaged framing and got it replaced. Framed the rough opening properly for the new door unit!!! Got it all put back together and had to fabricate an extension jam for the 2x6 wall!! Got the toilet swapped out which was well overdue to be done. In the shower when the tile was done by someone else they didn't change out the pipe for the tub spout. Ended up modifying the original spout and we have water. The other pics are the front door which I did on monday!! All in all was a good job!!! Got started on another one today!!! Got the front door swapped out and rotted subflooring cut out and replaced. All the trim on the inside reinstalled. Still have to hang the storm door and wrap the metal to finish this one up. Also have the rear door rear entry door to replace. Have wall damage to address with that one as well. Changing out the toilet and fixing the tub spout which was done wrong by previous contractor. So here we have it!!! Took a tired old stoop out and built this kickass deck!!!! It's a free standing 8'x10'. This was a lovely family to work with!!!! Got started this morning around 7:30 and had it finished by 5:30 this evening!!!! We do things eFISHantly and get them done.
