Position: Technician

Our services range from cable snaking, high-pressure jetting, video inspection, vacuum truck operation, and much more. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service to clients in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Technician. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing and drain systems, new install, troubleshooting issues, providing field service, and delivering excellent customer service. The Shop/Office location is in Paterson, NJ, but the technician will travel throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York in company vehicles.

Qualifications:

Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
Customer Service and Maintenance skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Prior experience in plumbing or drain cleaning is preferred but not required
Certification in plumbing or a related field is a plus
A valid drivers license
24/7 365 availability
