This one is at a distribution warehouse, and the crew is halfway through bringing the exterior back to spec. The blue you see at the top is where the topcoat is already down. The gray below is what's next.

Big exteriors like this one don't get finished by machines. They get finished by the people who set up the lift every morning, walk the same footage a dozen times, and keep the finish uniform from one panel to the next. 💪

Racing gloves on. Grease left in the shop. 🏎️

This year's Employee Appreciation Day brought the Alpine team off the jobsites and behind the wheel for a day of SIM Racing. Simulators, close finishes, and the kind of friendly competition that only happens when the crew that usually runs a project together is running laps against each other. 🏁

At one of our pharma clients, our team is installing a full floor coating system built for that reality. The floor is prepped and primed. Cove base goes in at the base of every wall, troweled to a smooth transition so nothing settles into a corner and everything wipes clean. Once the cove cures, the floor is re-prepped and coated over the primer and cove together, in one continuous system from wall to wall.
