C&J Basement Solutions team did an excellent job waterproofing my basement and installing a sump pump, in addition to installing below, ground conductor lines to street from downspouts. I highly recommend this company. The owner Jeff even showed up on site to ensure things are running smoothly. Thank you for your hard working team who completed the project on time as promised.Wanda

Can't say enough great things about my experience with Ron. I am a realtor who was a in a pinch for one of my clients and to say Ron saved the day is an understatement. He was able to make his schedule work to squeeze me in and provided my client and I exactly what we needed. It's tough to find good contractors these days and let me tell you, it was such a breath of fresh air to working with Ron. C&J is at the top of my list for basement solutions and I couldn't recommend them fast enough.

I have used this company to waterproof multiple basements now and am very satisfied with their work. At my most recent job, Kane and Blade noticed something was wrong with the way the service order was written and were able to prevent an expensive mistake. They are trustworthy and took great care of my home, even when I wasn't there.

David and Carlos did amazing work. They were conscientious, courteous, and worked incredibly hard. They cut a French drain, installed a sump pump, ran downspouts to the street, and installed beams to support a bowing wall. They left their workspace clean each day and at the end of the job. We were very worried about our infrastructure issues, but we feel much more confident after spending the week with them. Price was reasonable for the scope and quality of the work. Highly recommend over the radio “basement doctor” businesses.

Ron Frye was our tech. He came out and looked at our basement walls and explained everything. He explained there was no water on the floor, so we did not need a basement draining system and the moisture in the cinderblock was coming from outside and how to remedy that. He did not try to sell me on a typical waterproofing system. He told me what it was and how to fix the efflorescence. He simply explained the cost. He was friendly and honest and arrived on time.

Pleasant, professional and cleaned up when job was finished.

Through massive rain and numerous other issues the guys from c&j did outstanding work and kept me in the dry best anyone could. They rearranged their entire schedule to accommodate our needs which was quite different from other people we have dealt with and the work was outstanding.
