General Laborer Needed
We currently have an opening for a General Laborer at our Pass Christian, MS location. The job is Monday – Friday, 7AM – 4PM. Weekend work is available from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
Site Prep & Maintenance: Clean, organize, and prepare job sites by removing hazards, trash, and debris.
Material Handling: Load, unload, transport, and secure tools, equipment, and building materials.
Physical Labor: Dig trenches, cut grass, pressure wash, mix concrete, paint, landscape, set braces, and perform heavy lifting, often up to 100 pounds.
Provide Support: Support locaters, operators, foremen by assisting with installations.
Equipment Operation: Safely use hand/power tools, chainsaws and, depending on experience, my operate heavy machinery like tractors, skid steers and excavators.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations, including wearing required safety gear as required.
Requirements & Skills
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy items for long periods.
Dependability: Reliable attendance and ability to follow strict instructions from supervisors.
Aptitude: Experience with or willingness to learn how to operate power tools and machinery. Must have strong work ethic and be able to work unsupervised after provided instructions.
Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, drug free, and have reliable transportation.
