We had a blast working with Donovan Schmit and the Park & Pine Group team on their restaurants. Each one has its own special feel. 1122 takes you back to the 1930s, Tiki Room feels like you’re in Tahiti, and Fish Gaucho is just like old Mexico.

From the floor-to-ceiling tequila bar at Fish Gaucho to the bamboo ceilings at Caine Tiki, plus all the custom shelving, wood beams and lighting in between, everything was built with care and built to last. 🔨

Big win for California property owners. 🏗️
New housing laws just passed that cut serious red tape for residential builds:
🔹 You can now build up to two detached ADUs on a single-family lot
🔹 The penalty fees on ADUs over 750 sq. ft. are gone
🔹 Cities must lock in all infrastructure fees within 30 days—no surprise costs later
🔹 Bureaucratic delays on already-approved projects are officially capped
If you have yard space or land, your build potential just went way up.
