Today’s job. Repeat customer. Rehoboth Ma. Customer was concerned when they could see pieces of brick and mortar falling onto the roof from the chimney. I went through and removed a total of 6 cracked and deteriorating bricks. Laid new mortar and set the new bricks in. Finished up by repointing the top 3 rows.

This weeks job. Hopkinton RI. The top two rows of this cinder block chimney were broken and severely deteriorated. I removed the first two cinder blocks and laid 2 new rows. Removed the first flue tile and laid a new bed of mortar to then reset the flue tile. Laid a new cement crown wash. Sealed the lead flashing. Applied a bonding glue before applying stucco to the entire cinder block chimney. Installed a chimney cap.

Cumberland RI. Repeat customer. I went and did a complete roof cleaning for both levels of the home. Using a soft pressure washing procedure, applying a roof cleaner/conditioning chemical, letting it set for 15mins, put my wire brush to good use and a dash of elbow grease I removed all signs of growing moss (only on the front of the home) I rinsed off the roof and went back at the stubborn pieces of moss and rinsed it off again. Made sure to sure to clean off the gutter guards and clean the front steps/walkway of debris.

Cranston RI. Customer requested this custom gun metal fireplace doors with inside mesh doors to add to the fireplace. I installed heat rated insulation around the inside of the doors. Installed the proper brackets. Customer will be redoing the fireplace mantel later down the road. Such a difference. Adding a sense of safety while enjoying a fire!

Providence RI. Customer received 10% off!
Customer had prior gutter issues that whenever there was a heavy rain it made waterfalls right down onto the foundation with water finding its way through the basement walls. Gutters were fixed. I came in behind to grind out and repoint repoint the lower 3 rows of the brick foundation 5 walls in total. Repointed each section of the front steps, and replaced 2 corner bricks that were flaking and deteriorated. Waterproofed the entire foundation and brick on the steps afterwards.

Today’s job. Lincoln RI. First time customer. Recently purchased the home and noticed with the last rain storm that a lot of rain was pouring over the gutters down onto the home. They wanted to make sure all down spouts were cleared. I made sure to remove all dirt, leaves and debris from the gutters. Then ran a bucket of water down each down spout making sure there is a clear path. Gutter guards were on the back gutters. I ran my leaf blower to blow away all debris, sticks and leaves from the flat rubber roof in the back before moving onto blowing minor debris on top of all the gutter guards along the back of the property.

Scituate RI. Tore down this cinder block chimney to the roof line. Removed 2 sections of flue tiles and reset them in a fresh thick layer of mortar. Ground out the old mortar joints on the bottom section of cinder block chimney. Cleaned the roof of dust and debris then hosed it down. Made sure to check the ground and collect any fallen debris before wrapping it up. Stay tuned for the final result!!
