Someone asked me the other day, “Why do you recommend that custom builder instead of someone in your family?”

Because my recommendation carries my name and I’ve worked too hard to earn trust and respect in this industry to put either on the line out of obligation.

Being related to me doesn’t automatically earn my referral. Quality work, honesty, and how you treat your customers do.

When you ask for my recommendation, you deserve my honest opinion. Your home and your hard earned money matter more than keeping someone happy.

Family is family. My integrity is my responsibility. 💗🔨

$750,000 to install these… and that DOESN’T include repairs?! 😭💸

For that price, I expected them to stand up straight, direct traffic, and help me file my taxes.

Did we buy road improvements or sign up for a subscription? Because the installation was apparently just the down payment. 😂

But seriously: Who approved the design? What exactly did that $750,000 cover? And how much are we spending on repairs?

Anybody else interested in seeing an itemized receipt? 🙋‍♀️🧾

If DV services are getting $2 MILLION, why are families still coming to the gutter lady looking for help?!

Richland, I went ahead and designed the Gutter Girl edition for Queensgate. 💅🩷

Bright pink. Concrete. Dressed like a highlighter because apparently the yellow stripes weren’t getting enough attention. 😂

Before taxpayers get signed up for a “Post of the Month” subscription, can we get the repair costs and a long-term plan?

This is just a mockup please don’t send me an invoice for the pink paint. 🤣
