Breaking ground in Altadena and Pasadena is both an honor and a joy as we partner with our clients to design custom homes that thoughtfully carry forward the community’s rich architectural legacy.

Our goal is not simply to build new structures, but to create spaces worthy of Altadena’s story. Whether residential, commercial, or educational, the environments we shape all play a role in strengthening the communities around them.

The Eaton Fire Survivors Tour was an opportunity to see firsthand the progress being made, hear the stories of families returning home, and recognize the partnerships helping move Altadena forward. Hosted by Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County, with support from the RLA Coalition, and SoCalNOMA - Southern California Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects, the tour highlighted the collaborative effort behind the community's continued recovery.

Representing Masbuild Design Solutions were Charles T. Bryant AIA, NOMA, NCARB, Founder/Principal Architect, and a past president of SoCal NOMA and Lynnelle Bryant, CID, CAPS Bryant, President/Principal Interior Designer.

Their leadership reflects a shared commitment to protecting legacy, inspiring thoughtful growth, and building with purpose and values that continue to shape projects throughout Altadena. At Masbuild, we're inspired by the determination of families choosing to return home and invest in the place where their stories begin. Every structure represents more than walls and a roof; it represents legacy and the opportunity to create new memories while honoring the generations who came before us.

Thank you to Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County, the RLA Coalition, and SoCalNOMA - Southern California Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects for creating opportunities that bring homeowners, industry professionals, and community partners together. Your continued dedication to supporting families throughout their journey home is making a lasting impact on Altadena.

And thank you to CBS News for capturing moments from the Eaton Fire Survivors Tour and helping share Altadena's story. Watch the video to see highlights from the day.

Join us for a special groundbreaking ceremony honoring Mr. and Mrs. Adams and their 57 years as cherished members of our community.

As we break ground on a new home, we also celebrate a remarkable legacy of perseverance, connection, and the countless lives they have touched throughout the years.

We hope you will join us in marking this meaningful occasion and sharing in the excitement and promise of this new chapter.

There’s something powerful about working alongside others who truly understand there is a mission behind the work. It was a pleasure collaborating with SoCalNOMA to help bring our neighbors home through intentional design and teamwork.

These ADU projects, a combined effort by Dena Forward Alliance, SoLa Foundation, Greenline Housing Foundation, and several others, are a reminder that great spaces are rarely created by one company alone. When experienced teams come together with a shared vision, respect each other’s expertise, and focus on creating spaces that truly support the people who will call them home, it presents an opportunity to bring restoration and healing to a community.

Masbuild Inc. would be proud to collaborate with you on projects that support building stronger communities, smarter spaces, and lasting impact.

For 30 years, Masbuild Design Solutions, an award-winning architectural and design firm, has been a cornerstone of the community it proudly serves. Its founder Charles T. Bryant, and president Lynnelle Bryant, have not only built a respected practice, but also a life living, working, and raising a family in the very neighborhood they’ve helped shape.

In the wake of the Eaton fires, they now face the same challenges as their neighbors, rebuilding their own home while remaining deeply committed to others. Their work today goes far beyond design. They are walking alongside families throughout the rebuilding process—developing architectural plans, helping navigate complex permitting requirements, and helping homeowners understand how to effectively work with contractors by serving as project managers.

For them, rebuilding is not just about restoring structures—it’s about restoring community. It’s about ensuring that the place that shaped so many lives returns stronger, more resilient, and more connected than ever before.

Since the fires, the firm has also dedicated time and expertise to pro bono efforts with Socal NOMA, supporting families in need and reinforcing their belief that true impact extends beyond business.

Their mission remains clear: this is not just about rebuilding homes—it’s about rebuilding the community they call home.

At the time of the Eaton Fire, architects Charles and Lynnelle Bryant were headed toward retirement. Now they're busier than ever.

Not every room in an office should feel like work. Some spaces are meant to slow things down. To bring people together. To create room for real conversation.

It’s in the textures that soften the space. The lighting that shifts the mood. The layout that invites people to sit, stay, and connect.

A true community room doesn’t feel corporate. It feels human.

Where ideas flow easy. Where the energy is warm, open, and real.

That’s what thoughtful design does.
It turns a workplace into a place people actually want to be.
