🍂 FALL PRO TIP: Give Your Furnace a Test Run

Don’t wait until the first freezing night to find out your heat isn’t working.
Before temperatures really drop, give your furnace a preseason test run. Set your thermostat a few degrees above the current room temperature and let your system complete a full heating cycle.

While it’s running, check for:
✓ Warm air coming from the vents
✓ Even heating throughout your home
✓ Normal start and stop cycles
✓ Any unusual noises or lingering smells
✓ A thermostat that’s responding correctly

Catching an issue in October gives you time to fix it before you actually need the heat.
Something seem off? Cornett HVAC can help get your system ready for the season.

The best compliment you can give us? Send us your neighbor. 💙

A large part of Cornett HVAC has been built through referrals from customers who trust us enough to recommend us to their friends, family and neighbors. We don't take that lightly.

When you pass along our name, you’re putting your own reputation behind that recommendation, and we want the person you send our way to receive the same level of service that earned your trust in the first place.
So to everyone who has taken time to leave a review, texted our number to a friend, told a coworker about us or simply said, “Call Cornett” — THANK YOU.

Your referrals are one of the biggest reasons our business continues to grow, and there really is no greater compliment.

Know someone who needs an HVAC company they can count on? We’d be honored to help.

October Special — Is It Time to Replace Your Furnace?

This month only:
$500 OFF BOSCH | $250 OFF GOODMAN 🔥

Your furnace doesn’t have to completely stop working to tell you it’s time for an upgrade. As we head into heating season, here are a few signs worth paying attention to:

🔥 Your furnace is 15+ years old
🔥 Your heating bills keep climbing
🔥 Some rooms are noticeably warmer or colder than others
🔥 You’re hearing banging, rattling or other new noises
🔥 Your system seems to run constantly
🔥 You’re scheduling repairs more often
🔥 Your home just isn’t as comfortable as it used to be

If a few of these sound familiar, October is a great time to talk about your options before a cold-weather breakdown makes the decision for you.

This month, save $500 on a qualifying Bosch furnace or $250 on a qualifying Goodman furnace.

Not sure whether you need a repair or replacement? Give us a call and we’ll help you figure out what makes the most sense for your home.
