Great review from Sabrina... "From the very beginning, the process was smooth, and Bob was a pleasure to work with. Thanks to the mild winter weather, we were able to have our pool installed during the off-season so it would be ready to enjoy when the warmer weather arrived.

Mario was assigned to our project and also did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the installation.

The one area that could use improvement is communication. There were several occasions when I was surprised by what was happening or wasn’t fully informed about the next steps. As a first-time pool owner, I had no idea what to expect and would have appreciated a more detailed explanation of the entire process from start to finish.

Overall, we are very happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend Splash to our neighbors and friends. One suggestion I would make is offering a larger discount for customers who pay in cash, as that could be a great incentive.

Now we’re just waiting for the cover anchors and instructions on how to properly cover the pool for the winter. Hopefully, that information will be provided soon. Despite the communication challenges, we’re pleased with the final result and look forward to enjoying our new pool for years to come."
