Help Us Find a Local Animal Rescue to Donate to & Feature!

Woof and a Roof started many years ago at Barbera Home Improvement, pairing an animal looking for a home with a roofing project we were working on. Since then, we’ve continued featuring adoptable animals, supporting local rescues, and giving back.

Now we need your help finding our next rescue!

Like and share this post, then comment with one local animal rescue. One nomination per person, but there’s no limit to how many nominations an animal rescue can receive!

A winner will be pulled at random, and the selected rescue will receive a donation and feature on our page. The person whose nomination is selected gets dinner on us for helping us find them!

And when your home needs help, we’re here for roof repairs, full roof replacements and more throughout Northeast Ohio.

Meet Hank!

Hank is a 5-year-old, 90-pound pittie who is fully vetted, potty trained, friendly, and affectionate. He loves being around people and does well with other large dogs. He’d do best in a home without cats or small dogs and with older kids.

Meet Zeus!

Zeus is 4 years old, 60 pounds, potty trained, kennel trained, and a total people-lover. He lives for attention and affection! He’s strong and athletic, does best with female dogs, and would love an active home that can continue working with him on leash.

We share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our friend and colleague, Ted. He was a valued member of our sales team whose kindness, dedication, and positive spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Yesterday, one of our company vehicles was involved in an unexpected vehicle fire while traveling on the highway due to a mechanical issue. We're incredibly grateful to share that our driver was able to get out safely and was not injured, and we appreciate the quick response from the emergency personnel who assisted at the scene.

While the loss of the vehicle is unfortunate, we're thankful that no one was hurt. Thank you to everyone who reached out with concern and well wishes.
