The ceiling was painted with Perfetto High Shimmer metallic paint and a knockdown with Perfetto Pearl Metallic plaster.
The recessed ceiling I used Modern Masters Metallic Champagne as a base coat, next Perfetto “Silk Stone” metallic plaster along with Faux Effects “Antique Parchment” LusterStone were troweled organically in center area and the drop down I used a Bamboo Trowel Horizontally. I added pearl beads, pearl shattered glass to tie the ceiling finishes together.

13 Outdoor Columns Completed!!
My client has had me change all the white painted trim etc to look like wood in the past.
Then he asked for 13 outdoor columns to be done representing wooden logs. The weather was amazing, as I only had a short window of time to get this done! I want to thank my daughter for her help, along with the universe for giving me great weather!!

Ya, all, I have never been so spoiled!!!
A platform was built above and around the entry chandelier so I can walk from one end of the ceiling to the other end, while applying gold leaf.
No climbing up & down and moving scaffolding or moving extension ladders up a staircase!!
I’ll try to keep focused on the task at hand…
The age old technique of gilding (gold leaf) and refrain from the art of pole dancing…😀

Their style is Modern and Casual Elegance.
This previously painted mantle, Travertine tile, and outdated Kitchen Hood finish had to go!
The mantel was given a wood finish, a new plaster finish, and a little bling, which went right over the travertine tile. The hood received a much-needed finish to complement the new countertops.
What a transformation!!!
I love it when a vision has a happy ending!
