We are incredibly proud and honored to present $85,750 to Food for Thought Denver, the beneficiary of our 9th Annual Chipping In for Charities Golf Tournament!

At i2 Construction, we believe building a stronger community goes far beyond the work we do every day. It's about coming together, supporting meaningful causes, and making a lasting difference in the communities we serve.

Food for Thought Denver is dedicated to closing the weekend hunger gap and ensuring no child goes hungry. Every child deserves to feel supported and cared for, without the worry of where their next meal will come from. Being able to contribute to a cause that makes a difference in the lives of local children and families is what makes this event so special.

This contribution represents more than a dollar amount. It reflects the generosity of our sponsors, golfers, and supporters who came together to make a meaningful impact.

Nine years of giving back, and moments like this are what make it all worthwhile. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible!

Innovation meets functionality!

In collaboration with EUA and Firstracks PM, i2 completed a phased renovation for an undisclosed global medical technology company, designed to support innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

From specialized labs and modern engineering workspaces to thoughtfully designed gathering areas, every detail balances function with elevated design. Warm wood finishes, exposed concrete, sleek black accents, custom lighting, and bold pops of yellow bring character to the space, while a striking interconnecting stair enhances connectivity throughout the workplace.

Completed within an occupied space, this transformation highlights the power of early collaboration, thoughtful planning, and quality craftsmanship in delivering a future-ready workplace.

A workplace designed for connection, collaboration, and comfort. ✨

Completed for Gary Community Ventures in collaboration with SAR+ Architects, FIRSTRACKS PM, and TRE, this project transformed a white-boxed floor into a warm, hospitality-inspired workplace that reflects Gary’s mission of creating greater opportunity for Colorado kids and families.

From the welcoming reception and central gathering hub to flexible collaboration spaces, private offices, and conference rooms, every detail was designed to support connection and community. Natural wood, layered textures, integrated lighting, open ceilings, and expansive glass bring warmth and character throughout the space.

We’re proud to have been part of the team that brought Gary Community Ventures’ new workplace to life.

Another successful project delivered! i2 Construction is proud to have completed Helly Hansen's new office in Denver. This first generation tenant finish transformed the space into a modern, collaborative workplace featuring open work areas, conference rooms, a showroom, private offices, and custom storage solutions. Warm wood finishes, polished concrete floors, custom millwork, striking feature walls, and thoughtfully integrated lighting create a space that is both functional and visually distinctive.

Designed to reflect Helly Hansen's Scandinavian heritage and performance-driven culture, the office blends functionality, collaboration, and thoughtful design to create a workplace that supports the people behind the brand.

We're proud to have partnered with Helly Hansen, Continuum Partners, CBRE, and IA Interior Architects to bring this vision to life.

With just two months until our 9th Annual Chipping in for Charities Golf Tournament, we’re still looking for corporate hole sponsors and silent auction donations to help us make this year’s event our biggest impact yet.

One of the things that makes this tournament so special is that our charity beneficiary is nominated each year by one of our employees, giving them the opportunity to champion a cause that’s meaningful to them and our community.

“Food For Thought Denver is one of the most impactful organizations I’ve had the privilege of supporting. Their dedicated team and volunteers work tirelessly each week to ensure children facing food insecurity have meals they can count on. Seeing the care, consistency, and heart they bring to this mission has been truly inspiring.

I was honored to nominate Food for Thought as this year’s Chipping in for Charities Golf Tournament beneficiary. Every sponsorship, silent auction donation, and dollar raised helps provide meals, hope, and stability for children across Colorado. Thank you to everyone who joins us in making a difference.” - Megan Gautreaux | Director of BD

If you are interested in becoming a corporate hole sponsor or donating an item for our silent auction, we’d love to partner with you to make a lasting impact for children and families across Colorado – Reach out to Ally Hyziak – [email protected]
