One of todays projects was to get all the downspouts tied into the new seepage pits we installed a couple days ago. Just in time for tomorrows rain.

Current project in Demarest. This property was always muddy and the lawn struggled. 3 large sick/dangerous trees removed and the canopies of remaining healthy trees elevated to allow more sunlight. Soil added and regraded to allow proper pitch and stop pooling water. Here, you can see us using our skid steer mounted landscape rake to finish off the grading and remove rocks and debris. Next up, new fence, plantings, landscape lighting, then finished off with topsoil and a new sod lawn.
