Peter Raymond Wells Architect LLC is an architectural firm which offers full services to design, bid and/or have built; residential renovations, new homes and small commercial buildings. Working under the direction and the architectural license of Peter Raymond Wells. The firm’s success derives from Peter’s 30 years of experience in every facet of design and construction. Peter graduated from the

prestigious design school, Rhode Island School of Design, worked for 15 years for a family firm of 25 people while running a commercial construction company. Peter went on to serve for 10 years as the Director of the Building, Zoning and Site Engineering Departments of Paramus, NJ, and then finally returned to a full time architectural practice in the firm which today specializes in providing services from conception to occupancy. From property selection, design and local approvals, thru the preparation of construction documents and general contractor bidding, and on thru material selections and shop drawing details to assist during construction, the firm prides itself on great service. The firm enjoys carefully chosen clients, diversified projects and an organized, well run approach toward success. Peter has been a part of the completion of more than 3,000 projects.

Swipe to see how an existing strip mall tenant space was transformed into a modern physical therapy suite in Monmouth County, NJ. Thoughtful renovations can breathe new life into an existing building while creating an environment that better serves its users.

Every project begins with understanding the existing conditions. We use Matterport scanning technology to capture accurate measurements and existing conditions throughout the design process. Plus, it helps us create some great before & after side-by-sides like these!
