Not to bad for 2 guys and 8 hours!! Time for some stairs, composite decking and handrails. Will post finish result late next week as we are waiting for a few more things to show up.

Huge deck demoed and waiting for good weather to start the building process. Overseeing the whole project steps being: sub contracting the new addition concrete patio (18x40), waiting for ground to harden up!! Finished up a 32x26 garage that we started framing little under a year ago. Customer had it done in phases and paid cash for everything, so no financing which is a huge plus for them. We did the forming for concrete, sub contracting out the concrete pouring and finishing, framing/sheathing/house wrap walls, setting/framing/sheating the roof, roof wrap and shingles, door and window, soffit/fascia and siding to finish it off. Happy to be done and customer satisfied!!
