BREAKING: "You cannot rename away our history!" Chief Margaret Sault of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation DESTROYS Trump's pathetic attempt to rename Lake Ontario.

The MAGA cult leader really bit off more than he can chew this time...

"Lake Ontario has existed for thousands of years, long before Canada and the United States became the countries we know today," Sault told Yahoo News Canada.

The word "Ontario" is rooted in indigenous language, although scholars disagree on the precise etymology. The government of Ontario officially traces it back to the Iroquois word "kanadario" which translates roughly to "sparkling water."

Earlier today, our sweaty, demented, pe*****le of a President held a big splashy event in the Oval Office to scrawl on a map with a Sharpie and sign a document declaring that Lake Ontario is now "Lake America." It's the same tacky stunt that he attempted with the Gulf of America, but his administration is such a disaster now that only the most diehard MAGA cultists are falling for the distraction.

"For the Mississaugas of the Credit, this is not simply a lake on a map. It is part of our homeland and part of our history as a Nation," said Sault.

The MCFN has a long, storied connection to the western Lake Ontario area and their rights to the land are etched in a treaty dating back to 1806, after which they still controlled hundreds of thousands of acres and retained fishing rights at the Credit River, 12 Mile Creek and 16 Mile Creek.

"You can change a label on a map, but you cannot change the relationship that our people have with these lands and waters," said Sault. "You cannot rename away our history."

Trump's desperate renaming attempt is a transparent effort to pull headlines away from his failed Iran War and the Epstein files. At the same time, it's throwing red meat to his hooting, xenophobic followers who love it every time he insults or attacks a foreign country or marginalized group. These people will gladly let him torch the economy, drag us into endless wars, and cover up his s*x crimes so long as they can chant "USA" at his rallies in a mindless braying mob.

Mississauga Mayor Carolyn Parrish sided with the Mississaugas of the Credit in a post on X—

"Dear Mr. Trump: Since the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation established their homes close to and along the shores of this lake, it has been our lifeblood," she wrote. "I, and everyone in Mississauga, am proud to be living along the shores of LAKE ONTARIO. We will defend its good name!"

As for us, we stand with Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and Canada. What about you?

We call on the next Democratic President to sign an order on day one rescinding the renaming!

Please like and share if you'll never call it Lake America!

🔥 A MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR THE VOICELESS…

Right now, massive wildfires are burning across parts of Europe. France is battling an enormous blaze in the Gironde region, while wildfires and extreme fire danger are also affecting Spain and Greece. Severe heat, drought, dry vegetation, and powerful winds are turning forests into raging firestorms.

We see evacuation numbers, destroyed homes, and thousands of hectares of land reduced to ashes.

But there are victims who never appear in official reports.

The deer hiding in the smoke.
The birds watching their nests burn.
The mothers unable to save their young.
The animals too slow, too small, or too frightened to escape.

Even when wildlife survives the flames, many later die from burns, smoke inhalation, dehydration, starvation, and the loss of food and shelter. A burned forest is not simply “damaged land.” It was someone’s entire world.

They did not start these fires.
They did not create the climate crisis.
Yet they are paying the price with their homes and their lives.

Today, let us remember every voiceless life lost in the flames—and demand stronger climate action, responsible land management, and greater protection for wildlife.

When a forest burns, nature does not lose property.
It loses generations.

BREAKING: Veterinarian says she picked up what looked like trash at the Lincoln Memorial. She ended up in handcuffs!

Sophie Dennison-Gibby has spent more than two decades caring for animals and admits she’s “rather obsessed” with picking up litter to protect wildlife.

So when she visited the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in June and saw what looked like floating trash, she did what any reasonable person might do: she reached down and pulled it out.

Minutes later, she was under arrest.

In her first public comments since the ordeal, Dennison-Gibby told WaPo that a federal officer walked up after she removed what turned out to be a loose piece of liner from the pool.

“Well, I wish you hadn’t done that. Now I’m going to arrest you,” she recalled the officer saying.

She was handcuffed, led away from the Reflecting Pool, taken to a U.S. Park Police facility, fingerprinted, and processed before being released.

“That’s when things got really scary,” she said. “I didn’t know where they were taking me.”

Dennison-Gibby was one of four people accused of vandalizing the Reflecting Pool after the liner started peeling earlier this summer.

Last week the Justice Department abruptly dropped the misdemeanor case against her and two others, and moved to dismiss a felony charge against former Olympian David Hearn.

Newly discovered Interior Department documents confirmed the damage was most likely caused by a botched repair job – not vandalism. Prosecutors admitted it would now be “difficult” to prove anyone intentionally damaged the pool.

But the legal U-turn came only after Dennison-Gibby had already been publicly branded a vandal. And President Trump, speaking from the Oval Office this week, still refused to back off, expressing frustration that the cases had been dropped.Dennison-Gibby said hearing the president call her and the others “sick, violent vandals” made her feel sick herself.

“To be called out by the most powerful person in the world… and called a sick, violent vandal when all I had done was pick up a piece of trash was awful.”

She worried about her veterinary practice, feared her 10-year-old daughter would find out, and struggled with the public humiliation of being led away in handcuffs.

So let’s get this straight: a woman tries to clean up what looks like litter at a national monument, gets arrested and fingerprinted, gets called a violent criminal by the president of the United States – and only later do the authorities admit the real problem.

Dennison-Gibby can never get back the day she was handcuffed, fingerprinted and publicly branded a vandal. Her daughter can never unhear the story. Her business can't erase the cloud that hung over it. Facts eventually caught up with the government's case, but only after the damage had already been done.

That's the real cost of Trump governing in a world that exists only in his mind: actual people just trying to get on with their lives end up paying the price.

If the idea of someone wanting to tidy up the reflecting pool ending up in handcuffs for vandalism infuriates you, please like and share this post.

BREAKING: HELL YEAH! Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen defies Trump by boldly declaring that her country will defend “every inch” of NATO as Trump threatens Greenland.

This is true courage in the face of fascism…

“We will defend the kingdom of Denmark,” Frederiksen said at the NATO summit in Turkey.

The remarks came after Trump once again insisted that the United States must annex Greenland for “national security” purposes.

“Greenland is a big problem for us. We need it for protection of the world, not just the United States, and it’s very important,” he said. “It doesn’t help Denmark.”

In reality, Trump’s deranged dreams of territorial conquest have nothing to do with defense. Greenland is part of NATO, so the U.S. already has de facto military control of the island. Simply slapping American “ownership” over it accomplishes nothing beyond flattering Trump’s ego.

And that’s what this is really about.

The same megalomania that possessed him to try in vain to chisel his name into the Kennedy Center and erect a gaudy ballroom is now driving him to gobble up Greenland. Trump wants to be remembered as a President who seized more territory since he has no actual achievements to his name.

Thankfully, the rest of the world is done being pushed around by this dementia-riddled bully.

“We are ready to defend every inch of NATO, including our own territory,” said Frederiksen.

“We are a sovereign state and we need everyone to respect our territorial integrity and our sovereignty,” she added. “Article 5 is our insurance.”

Much to MAGA’s chagrin, the EU is standing with the Danish.

“Decisions about the future of Greenland are for Greenlanders and Danes to decide,” said Olof Gill, a spokesman for the European Commission. “Territorial integrity, national sovereignty and inviolability of borders are fundamental principles of international law.”

The safest bet is that Trump will soon move on to some other distraction after this summit concludes and Greenland will remain free. But the damage he’s done through rhetoric alone is incalculable. Our core military alliances have been deeply shaken and our once close European friends realize that they can no longer trust the United States.

When he finally slithers out of the Oval Office, Trump will leave behind a weaker, less stable, more isolated America than the one he inherited.

Please like and share if you stand with the people of Greenland!
