The part of custom building you don’t always see.

Plans spread out on a makeshift plywood table, meetings on site + a whole lot of problem solving along the way. Bringing a custom home to life takes a team.

Modern finishes, mountain cabin character. 🤝

The primary bath at High West is getting close! The original wood ceiling was a must-keep for us. Plumbing fixtures, lighting, tile + a few final details are wrapping up now.

The Crestwood is officially SOLD. 🤍

This one is a little bittersweet. We put a lot into making this house feel like itself again—keeping what was good, reworking what wasn’t, and giving it a new life without losing the 1970’s character that made us love it in the first place.

We’re so happy for the new owners and excited for them to make it their own. Huge thank you to Steinman & Co. Real Estate for navigating multiple offers and getting this under contract in one weekend. A wonderful friend and expert in his field.

On to the next one. We’ll miss this home!

A look inside this Park City home remodel.

Double islands, custom walnut cabinetry, and leathered quartzite bring warmth and texture to this mountain kitchen. One of our favorite spaces from this luxury remodel.

In the field, where the details get worked out.

The finish is in the details.

Polished concrete with exposed aggregate adds depth, texture, and character while still keeping a clean, modern look. Really liking how these floors are turning out on this one.

Just a few of the guys on site this week.

The people behind the scenes don’t always end up in the photos, but they’re the reason these homes come to life. Grateful for the hardworking crews we get to build alongside every day.

Every week we walk the job with our team, ask questions, solve problems, and fine-tune the details. That’s how great homes are built.

One of our favorite events of the year!

Salt Lake Parade of Homes, here we come… just in a different role this year! We’re so honored and excited to be part of it.

Salt Lake Parade of Homes

One of our favorite stages of a build. The walls are up, the views are framed, and you can finally start to feel how the home is going to live. Excited to keep bringing this one to life!
