Balancing chemicals, skimming leaves, and wrestling heavy equipment in the heat is no joke, but you always make it look easy and keep our paradise sparkling. We appreciate you more than you know!

To all of our amazing clients: We are officially in the absolute busiest week of the entire year for the pool industry. Distributors, service crews, and office staff are currently working around the clock to get everyone swim-ready.

Openings are rarely as simple as they look on paper. A surprise cracked pipe, a stubborn algae bloom, or a failing pump at one house can easily throw off our schedule for the rest of the day. Add in unpredictable spring weather, and our team is playing scheduling Tetris daily.

We ask for just a little bit of grace and patience this week. We are doing everything humanly possible to accommodate everyone as quickly as we can.

Also want to shout out a legendary client! Rick Razzoli (edited). Instead of stressing about delays, Nick left out cold refreshments and cookies for the guys at his job today. Fueling the techs is the fastest way to our hearts! 🍪🥤

(And to those who called today hoping to be opened before Memorial Day weekend... may the odds be ever in your favor! 😅🤞)

✅ Leave a voicemail. It's the only way to "save your spot" in the return-call queue.

🚫 Avoid "Redialing." Calling repeatedly without leaving a message doesn't get an answer faster—it just ties up the line for everyone.

⏳ Expect Schedule Flex. Pools are unpredictable! If we’re running behind, it’s because a previous pool needed extra care. We’ll bring that same dedication to yours.

You’d think with the thousands of names out there, the universe would give us a break. I just called ‘John Doe’ to confirm his appointment for tomorrow, only to look at the GPS and see his technician already at ‘John Doe’s’ house.

Same name, different town, zero relation. After their estimates got swapped earlier this season, we finally had enough. They’ve been officially rebranded in our system with their middle names and their favorite colors!
