This home was stuck in the 1980's with dark paneling and walls everywhere! The biggest challenge was the massive stone fireplace that was original to the home. This home got a major facelift with a new, custom fireplace, new hardwood throughout, walls removed and the clients couldn't be happier 😃

Snow and extremely cold temperatures are headed our way. As the old saying goes, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". There are a few things you will want to do to be prepared:
Make sure you have your outside water spigots shut off and insulated.
Keep your garage doors closed.
Leave your faucets dripping in kitchen and baths.
Since heat rises, run your ceiling fans in reverse to disperse warm air.
If you plan to use space heaters, make sure they are not crowded, don't sleep with them on and make sure your smoke detectors are working.
If you use fuel-burning heaters, you must have ventillation for them and make sure you use the correct fuel for your heater.
If you must use a gas powered generator, please remember that carbon monixide kills. Never use a gas powered generator in an enclosed area.
