Great job with Deanbuilds

The Scott County Humane Society has officially cut the ribbon on the new Dale Lois Osier Adoption Center.

Made possible entirely through generous donations, the new adoption center was proudly built by the Deanbuilds Self Perform Division. The facility features dedicated adoption rooms for dogs and cats, a recovery and wellness room, community meeting space, a pet food bank, laundry facilities, meet-and-greet areas, a grooming room, and a catio.

The Deanbuilds Self Perform Team was honored to help bring Architect Meredith Guy and the Scott County Humane Society Board's vision to life. This new facility will make a lasting impact by providing a safe, welcoming space for pets while helping to connect more animals with loving families throughout Scott County.

A different remodel and we found more fire hazards.

Found some very dangerous wiring in an attic during a remodel.
Obviously this has been removed.
You can see where animals have chewed the coating of some wiring causing a major fire hazard.
If you hear animals in your attic, have them removed asap. The other picture someone made wiring connections without proper junction box.
