Marco really is not only a top notch realtor, he is a great man! I’ve trusted him with two of my listings

Marco Taaffe represented the seller.

They’re shopping the lake, the land, the shop, and what the place could become.
A full-time home. A weekend spot. A rental.

If your place near the lake checks some of those boxes, it’s worth a conversation.

Thank you to our seller for trusting Marco with the sale.
Congratulations to the new owner!

Popcorn ceilings had a good run… in 1980.
Scraped them clean and laid down fresh knockdown for a client this week. It’s messy work, but the after is worth every hour of prep.
If your ceiling is stuck in the past, we can fix that.
