✨👗 SO… WHAT IS PARIS FASHION WEEK? 👗✨

We’ve had a few people asking, so here’s the scoop!

Paris Fashion Week is a week-long celebration of fashion, shopping, and our local Downtown Paris businesses — with a little Texas personality thrown in. 🤠✨

From September 29–October 3, participating downtown retailers will be joining together to showcase new looks, seasonal styles, special promotions, and everything that makes shopping local so much fun.

And we’re wrapping up the week with our Main Event on October 3 from 7–9 PM at The Gibraltar Hotel! 🥂👠 Which will include, live music, a runway fashion show from local boutiques. Small bites, craft cocktails, b**r & w**e from downtown restaurants & bars. 🥂🍺 an evening to remember!!!!

This is our FIRST YEAR, and we’re excited to create something new that celebrates our downtown, our retailers, and the style of our community.

In commercial construction, waiting doesn’t always preserve your options. Sometimes, it quietly takes them away.

Early in a project, there’s time to evaluate materials, adjust designs, address potential challenges and make thoughtful decisions. As construction gets closer, those same decisions can carry very different consequences for budget, schedule and flexibility.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | Hall of Languages

One of our favorite higher education projects from the archives was the first floor renovation of the Hall of Languages at East Texas A&M University.

Archer Construction & Design served as the general contractor for the renovation, which included upgrades to the existing terrazzo, new carpet and paint, electrical system improvements, new light fixtures and doors, and the installation of specially ordered acoustical panels.

With a quick project schedule, careful coordination was key to keeping the work moving while maintaining attention to every detail. The project was completed on time and within budget, creating an updated space that continues to serve the ETAMU community today.

We’re incredibly proud to take the field with East Texas A&M Football this Saturday as the university’s first-ever institutional jersey patch partner.

Archer’s relationship with East Texas A&M extends far beyond game day. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working across the campus, helping create and improve the spaces where students learn, gather and grow. To now see the Archer name represented on the Lions’ jerseys is something truly special.

We’re proud to support East Texas A&M, proud to invest in our region and proud to be part of this exciting chapter for Lion Athletics.
