Renovating a school is challenging enough. Try doing it while students, buses, and staff are still moving through the property.

For Roosevelt Elementary in Hawthorne, Deugen completed a 67,000 SF addition and renovation while meticulously working closely with the school board to plan construction around daily operations.

This project took about 18 months from start to finish - with the school staying active throughout.
