The homeowner contacted Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair about settlement affecting the rear portion of the property. Before photos documented cracks across exterior walls, damage near an interior doorway, and a substantial crack in a lower-level wall.

Addressing the concern required extensive access inside the home. Our team cut openings through the concrete floor, excavated beneath the slab, removed broken concrete and soil, and installed push pier brackets at exposed foundation locations.

The project’s repair plan called for 43 push piers, including 13 interior locations, along with PolyLevel slab support and concrete restoration. The installation photos show the scale of the work, from individual brackets below the floor to multiple excavations within a single room.

Our Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair team completed a crawlspace encapsulation project featuring a white v***r barrier and an AprilAire dehumidifier.

The before photos show bare soil, uncovered masonry, and the existing supports and plumbing beneath the home. The installation photos give you a closer look at the work involved: placing drainage matting, fitting the v***r barrier around support bases, and extending it along the foundation walls.

For this Los Angeles homeowner, concerns about mold led them to look into crawl space encapsulation. The area beneath the house had exposed soil and debris, so our Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair crew began by clearing the space and removing insulation to prepare for the installation.
Next came the v***r barrier. Our team installed 1,404 square feet of CleanSpace across the crawl space, along with an Aprilaire E100 dehumidifier to help manage humidity. The project also included an EverLast crawl space access door and a sump pump discharge line.

What can happen underneath a home over six years? This Los Angeles project gives us a great example. 🏠
We first visited this raised-foundation home in 2020, shortly after the homeowners purchased it. The crawl space contained trash, debris and animal droppings, and they wanted the area cleaned, disinfected and sealed.
Our team completed crawl space improvements and encapsulation, replacing the exposed ground environment you see in the original photos with a much cleaner, covered crawl space.
Then, in September 2026, Saber returned to the same home for a different reason.
This time, the project involved SmartJack installation beneath the floor system. SmartJacks are adjustable supports designed to help support floor framing from inside the crawl space.
These photos tell two different chapters of the same home's story: crawl space encapsulation in 2020 and structural floor support work in 2026.
