Bryn Clovis Farm is an historic field stone barn tucked into the quiet serenity of Chester County, Pennsylvania. The original home dates back to 1889, this revitalized barn has been home to herds of dairy cows and goats, and occasionally the Budweiser Clydesdales when they visit.

With the property placed in an easement, a restoration of the barn was next. The doors are windows were milled to match their historic origins from sapele mahogany. Crosshatch Dutch doors, dormer windows, period-correct hardware and lantern-style lighting make this quiet farm haven feel like home.

Built for functionality first, this barn is designed to reduce the movement through the barn. Work spaces are along the front of the barn, keeping the noise away from the restful stall areas. Feed rooms are in the wings, so deliveries can be made without disruption to the work space. An auxiliary space is used for farrier and veterinary visits, so that space can be fully cleaned and disinfected. Each half of the barn is a mirror image of each other, with it's own feed room, tack room, and grooming spaces, making the barn easy to share.
