One thing we love about this project is that the “before” wasn’t wrong—it simply wasn’t the right fit. The home had great bones, but there were opportunities to improve functionality, refine scale and proportion, and, most importantly, create a space that felt more aligned with its owners.
We reimagined the home through a complete furnishing package and a series of thoughtful updates, including new tile, wallpaper, paint, and finishes, shifting the overall aesthetic from traditional farmhouse to something more contemporary, layered, and personal.
With a tight timeline and a lot of moving pieces, every decision mattered. From furniture and lighting to layout refinements and finishing touches, the goal was never to make the house look different for the sake of it—it was to make it feel like home.
The finished result feels elevated yet approachable, collected yet livable, and completely reflective of the people who call it theirs.
