Spring is here and it’s the perfect time to do maintenance on your gutters. All of the fallen leaves from fall can clog your gutters leading to water overflowing onto your facia. Excessive overflow onto the facia will eventually lead to leaks and water damage to your home. Installing gutter guards prevents your gutters from becoming clogged, keeping water flowing freely so that it drains properly.

Elevate the look of your home by combining asphalt shingle and standing seam to create an eye-catching contrast to your home. To prevent falling snow and ice, we added a snow fence system on the standing seam roof, not only providing functionality, but also complementing the look of the rest of the roof.

A gutter guard installation we did for this customer who was concerned about the fire hazard that comes from having leaves and debris clogging their gutters. Not only do these gutter guards provide an extra line of fire defense, they also prevent the gutters from becoming clogged, overflowing water onto the facia, causing potential water damage and leaks.

This customer contacted us after noticing water spots on their ceiling. After further investigation, we found that the flat portion of the roof has been leaking undetected for MONTHS causing wood deterioration and the perfect environment for fungus growth. Make sure to schedule a yearly roof inspection with a qualified professional to avoid extensive damage to your biggest investment, remember your roof is your homes first defense against water intrusion!
