A little sunshine, good food, and a much-needed break from the rain!

We partnered with Falewitch Prefab to treat the crew at CHI to Javis Tacos as a small thank you for all their hard work.

We served more than 140 people and enjoyed time connecting with the crew.

Construction is built on hard work, long days, and looking out for the people beside us. But sometimes, the hardest battles are the ones we can’t see.
The pressure of the job, personal struggles, and the challenges of everyday life can take a toll. You never know what someone may be carrying when they walk through the door each morning, so check in on your coworkers.

Make time for a conversation. Be willing to listen. Sometimes, just knowing someone cares can mean more than we realize. You never know when a simple conversation could make a difference. And if you’re struggling, please know that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

After 90 days, every new team member comes back for a follow-up focused on our core values: Quality. Safety. Service. It’s an opportunity to reinforce what matters most: looking out for one another and making sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day.

We also give our team a behind-the-scenes look at our Prefab shop so they can better understand everything we do, from the shop to the jobsite.

When our team understands what we do and why we do it, we’re stronger together.

We know back-to-school time can come with a lot of extra expenses, especially when it comes to school supplies. We wanted to help take some of that stress off our team’s families by providing backpacks filled with the supplies students need to start the school year ready to learn.

Our team came together to pack backpacks, organize supplies, and make sure our employees’ families had one less thing to worry about. Because a new school year should bring new opportunities, not the stress of school supply costs.

We wish students and teachers a safe, successful, and exciting school year!

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Joe brings a wealth of field knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership to this role. Throughout his career, he's built a strong reputation for putting people first, solving problems, and helping teams work safely and efficiently.

As Safety Director, Joe will continue leading our efforts to strengthen Falewitch's safety culture, support our teams, and ensure safety remains at the forefront of everything we do.
