We won’t sugarcoat it—this work can be hard, dirty and demanding. But if you’re already in construction, you probably knew that part. 😉
What you may not know is where a career in trenchless construction can take you.
Our crews work on specialized projects across the Midwest and beyond—from mountain backdrops out West and wide-open country to the heart of major cities. Along the way, you’ll learn a highly specialized part of the construction industry, work with some seriously impressive equipment and see places most jobs will never take you.
Travel is part of the job, but getting our crews home regularly is a priority.
We’re looking for people with construction industry experience who aren’t afraid to work hard, get dirty, travel and learn something new.
💰 $25–$35/hour, based on position and experience
