This one has been fun!

Exterior;Fixed the falling deck all the around to be secure and meet code, built a new set of stairs, new railing is coming soon. Removed the soffit skirt around the deck so the lumber could breath.

Interior; Lotts of cleaning, light demo (tons of built in cabinets, countertops etc. a little framing (non load bearing) lots of drywall repair, new doors, new trim throughout, a little tile (coming soon) new kitchen (coming soon) new countertops throughout (coming soon)

This repaint has been the hardest one I’ve done to date. Brutal but worth it!

New Commercial ADA bathroom with mechanical room which includes a furnace and mop sink. Framing, concrete demo, plumbing, re pour concrete, electrical, drywall, doors, paint, trim, floors.

We are also adding a couple wash bins and sinks in the room adjacent to this one.
