We’re excited to officially break ground on the new Community Bank, in Lynn Haven.

ReliantSouth is proud to be part of the team and serve as the Construction Manager bringing this new bank to life. Projects like this are especially meaningful because we’re not just building a building- we’re helping build something that will serve our community for years to come.

🌖2am concrete pour at one of our newest projects — Ruby Tuesday! 🏗️

The slab is officially down, and we’re excited to watch this one start taking shape.

And because we already know the #1 question everyone is going to ask…

🥗 “Will it have a salad bar?!”

You’ll just have to wait and find out when the doors open next year. 😉😂

For now, we’ll stick to pouring concrete and leave a little mystery on the menu.

Way to go Sutton!

We’re excited to welcome Sutton McGehee with ReliantSouth Construction Group to The Arc of the Bay’s Board of Directors! Our board members play an important role in helping guide our organization, strengthen our connections throughout the community, and support our continued mission of creating meaningful opportunities for adults with disabilities.

No matter the project, there always seems to be something special waiting at the end of the hard work. This rainbow over the Panhandle Credit Union jobsite felt like the perfect reminder that great projects are built with more than concrete, steel, and hard work - they’re built with dedication, teamwork, and lot of Jeff Wandasiewicz joy and great attitude along the way!

We are proud to join our partners today for the groundbreaking of the new state-of-the-art Panhandle Credit Union, located on 15th St. and Transmitter. It’s always exciting to see a project move from vision to reality, and we’re honored to serve as the General Contractor bringing this one to life.

Today we celebrated the ribbon cutting of an incredible project for our community — a new Springfield City complex that brings together City Hall, Public Works, Police, and Fire services all in one place. ✂️🏛️🚓🚒

This project represents more than just new buildings. It reflects teamwork, dedication, and a shared commitment to building something that will serve our community for generations to come.

We are especially proud that this project was completed three months ahead of schedule and under budget — a testament to the hard work, collaboration, and excellence of everyone involved from planning to construction and the leadership Mayor Hammond and his team brought to the table.

Charles, Joe, Ben, Richard and Dalton - we are grateful for your daily commitment and hardwork to bring this meaningful project across the finish line. Today we cut the ribbon, but the real impact begins now as these facilities begin serving the people who make Springfield such a great place to live and work.
