At TKVandy, we believe the best way to build a custom home is to make sure everyone is looking at the same plan, literally.

Our SmartBoard allows us to sit down with our clients, pull the plans up full-size, and go through everything together in real time. We can discuss layouts, make notes, review revisions, talk through options, and make sure the home reflects the wants, needs, and vision of the client before those decisions ever reach the field.

Move a wall? Let’s look at it.
Change a room layout? Put it on the screen.

I’m on site today capturing the construction progress of the new Observatory Deck, and it’s been great watching this project come to life. Every beam, connection, and detail reflects the dedication and craftsmanship of an outstanding crew that’s committed to building something the community will enjoy for years to come.

Today, we poured the new concrete footers for the Panama City Marine Institute HRP Project. Every quality project starts with a solid foundation, and that’s exactly what we’re committed to delivering.

Some people build sidewalks… we build rooftop sidewalks. 😎

The mechanical guys needed a safe place to work around these massive HVAC units, so we rolled in and built temporary roof walkways and work platforms to protect the roof and keep everyone safe.

It’s not the glamorous side of roofing, but it’s the kind of work that keeps projects moving and prevents expensive damage. Plus, who doesn’t like turning a roof into a VIP walkway?

Different trade. Same mission. Build it right. Protect the asset. Make the next guy’s job easier.

At TKVandy Roofing & General Contracting, we don’t just apply roof coatings—we verify every square foot.

We’ve laid out the roof into 10’ x 10’ sections, which equals 100 square feet (one roofing square). This allows our crew to precisely measure the application rate required by the manufacturer.

For this system, we’re applying 1.75 gallons of coating per 100 square feet. By mapping the roof this way, we ensure every section receives the proper coverage, resulting in maximum performance, longevity, and warranty compliance.

This process provides:
