📍 Wakulla, FL
📍 Lake Butler, FL
📍 Fort Myers, FL

If you know rigging, run a clean lift, and take the precheck as seriously as the pick, we've been looking for you!

What you need:

-2+ years operating cranes in construction or heavy industry
-Experience with multiple crane types
-Strong knowledge of rigging and signaling procedures
-NCCCO certification required
-TLL and TSS certifications required
-OSHA 30 required
-Physical ability to work at heights and in demanding conditions
-High school diploma or equivalent

📍 Bay County, Florida

If you can read a print, run a clean bead, and hold your own standard before anyone shows up to check it, we want to talk to you.

What we're looking for:

-2+ years welding in construction or industrial work
-Proficiency across multiple welding techniques
-Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
-OSHA 10
-Willingness to work at heights and outdoors
-Certification preferred, not required

Let’s go! Gorman is proud to keep building in SW Florida.

Since Hurricane Ian, our focus has been simple, help bring this area back to its pre-Ian glory. The Fort Myers Beach Pier is another big step, alongside our ongoing Cape Coral Yacht Club project.
